These specials must be mentioned either when you place your service call, or when the technician has completed repairs on site. Adjustments for previously completed repairs cannot be made. NEW SYSTEM SETUP - you just brought home your first new computer. "Now what?" you ask yourself. "Do I dare try to set this thing up myself?" If you are feeling apprehensive about setting up your new computer, just to make sure that nothing goes wrong, call in a specialist! Our team has setup thousands of new computers, and we know the answers to the difficult questions. We will take care of everything, including unpacking the system, hooking it up, powering it up, performing all system updates, and offering a brief tutorial for only $149. We will even include the installation of ONE peripheral device, such as a printer, scanner or camera. *Setup of extra services, such as broadband internet, or wireless networking, are NOT included in this offer. WIRED OR WIRELESS NETWORK SETUP - if you already have a high-speed connection setup in your home or office, and need to share that connection between two computers or devices, we will setup both devices on your network for $159. If utilizing wireless networking, we will setup a protected, encrypted setup - to avoid sharing your wireless connection with unwanted guests. *If additional wiring is required, including wiring between walls or floors, additional charges will apply. Actual setup of broadband (high-speed) internet connection is not included with this special. To add broadband internet setup to a wired or wireless network setup, an additional charge of $49 will apply.
TUNE-UP
- if your machine is running slow, it might
just need a tune-up. We will check your system for viruses and spyware,
analyze your system resources, optimize your hard drives,
SYSTEM REBUILD - should your computer fail beyond general repairs, and it has been determined that Windows should be reinstalled, we can assist you with that. For $249, your system will be backed up (if possible) and original programs will be restored. You must supply the software for any non-standard programs that you wish Bolars Computer Specialists to reload for you. MAINTENANCE - we offer many different maintenance packages, depending on your particular needs. Once those needs have been determined, we will structure a maintenance plan that fits your schedule and your budget. These plans are recommended for both home and business computer users.
