PRICE – we are competitive in price on all products and services that we provide. In many cases, we are lower, sometimes significantly lower, than your local computer superstores. Many of our services are offered at flat rates, rather than an hourly charge, and we regularly have several specials taking place. NO NONSENSE APPROACH – our technical team delivers solutions based on your specific needs. We are not salespeople, and product sales is not our primary focus. We will only recommend purchases that are relevant and critical to accomplishing your goals. CONVENIENCE – we come to you. There is no need to disconnect your entire system, load it into your car, and bring it to our shop. We will gladly look at your machine in its normal habitat. Should your system require more advanced attention, we will bring it to our shop, complete all necessary repairs and return it to you. We will also reconnect all wires and devices as part of our service, eliminating your need to remember where everything goes. TIME – Your time is very valuable, and you may not be able to afford being without your system for long. Our shop is local. We never ship systems out of state or out of the country, so you will not be without a system for days or weeks at a time. Typical turnaround time when dealing directly with the manufacturer is between 4 and 6 weeks, and many local computer superstores need a minimum of two weeks to get your system back to you. Most repairs are completed on-site, within a couple hours. If your computer requires more detailed service, it will be repaired and returned to you quickly, usually within a day or two at the most.
